Merial Canada continues its ongoing commitment to Canada's next generation of producers with a new program to assist 4-H members in raising funds for their local 4-H chapters. Introducing the IVOMEC® & EPRINEX® 4-H BoxBack Program.
The IVOMEC & EPRINEX 4-H BoxBack Program makes earning money for your club easy. Just collect box labels from IVOMEC Pour-On and EPRINEX Pour-On purchased this season. For each eligible box label you send in, Merial will donate $10 to your 4-H club. It's fast and simple.
Here's How to Earn Money in 5 Easy Steps
1. Collect box labels from IVOMEC Pour-On 2.5 L, 5L and 20 Litre packs and/or 2.5 L and 5 Litre packs of EPRINEX Pour-On purchased this season for the current fall/winter treatment, up to and including February 28, 2010.
2. Cut out the part of the box label that includes the Lot Number & Expiry Date, the Merial logo, the size (e.g. 2.5 Litres), and part of the Cattle head logo. See samples above.
3. Print your name on the back of each box label.
4. Fill out a BoxBack Program Submission Form. Click here to download a PDF of the form that you can print-out and fill-in.
5. Put the form and your box labels in an envelope and mail it to:

Collect and send in as many eligible box labels as you can, as often as you like. Each submission must include a fully completed form, and be postmarked no later than February 28, 2010. At the end of the program, one cheque payable to your 4-H Club will be issued for all eligible box labels received from you. That way, your 4-H Leader will know how much you personally raised for your club.
